Hi all - We got ourselves on Yahoo's bad side. We decided to send mail to a bunch of old addresses, see if they got delivered (our bounce handling is better now). Yahoo interpreted that as spam, apparently, since so many of the addresses were bad. Can't say I blame them. Anyways, I have to undo what I have done.
Does anybody know the right contact e-mail / page / telephone number? Haven't seen much on Yahoo's site to give me guidance for getting OFF of the list. And, for future info, Yahoo does at least two levels of screening. The "sender's" e-mail address is a trigger, and the originating ip address is a different trigger. Unlike AOL, they do reject the e-mail properly if the sender's e-mail address doesn't pass their test. If the IP address doesn't pass a test, they route the e-mail to the user's Bulk Mail folder.
