I believe that most Windows AV scanners will run fine with Declude, some better than others. However, when we were looking we reviewed most of the AV license agreements and had follow-up conversations with many of the AV reps, and based on that, we went with F-Prot (take that for what it's worth). I should also add that F-Prot has done a great job for us and integrates very nicely with Declude--I just wish the update scheduler ran as a service.
