if only one user is getting multiple copies, it is  likely he has a large message he is trying to download. however his check for new mail in outlook may be set to 10 minutes. The message may take more than 10 minutes to download. Therefore he keeps getting multiples. Additionally check his rules and aliases and autoresponders to make sure there is not a conflict there.   I am currently using Imail 7.07, my user continue to get multiple copies of email messages.  Imail is installed on a Compaq ML370 server with Compaq NC3163 10/100 Fast Ethernet NIC.  Has anyone encountered a similar problem and/or had to replace the network card on the server?
