I copy the message itself into MS Word and run a macro that searches for the strings
within the message and highlights them red so that I can see why it has been caught,
and thus what I need to do to be able to forward the message.

This of course will only work if a) you are prepared to write the macro, and b)
maintain the macro as rules change.
