Thanks Rich, 1. Are your users using Outlook ? No mostly OE...actually no one using Outlook has said a thing just OE users.
2. And after they logon do they click on Send/Receive ? Some say yes some no. I have told them on there first logon to not hit Send/Receive 3. It probably doesnt happen during the day..just after they logon initially in the morning ? No once a day I could deal with. :) It is happen each time there client connects...even on the ones that are not hitting S/R I cleaned out about 50 main.mbx and rebooted and sent and everybody and it has been about 45 min and no calls. But I bet this starts up again. To the second part of my early post: I am still getting bounces to bgeen@localhost and on the list I have a user [EMAIL PROTECTED] I did fine a reference to bgeen in the registry but I have never used the Imail DB and this user has been using the mail system for about a year now it only started after the upgrade. Could this have been a typo in AD (NT SID) at one time and Imail is picking it up now? There is no bgeen in AD or Imail anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?
