Don't get confused with multiple hosts resolving to the same IP
address. As has been mentioned before theres no known instance
of servers checking to see if the two match, they simply test
that a reverse *does* exits.
You'll have to research who's currently responsible for responding to
in-addr.arpa requests for the IP in question and ask them to either
make an entry in their tables for you or to delegate the responsibility
to you so you can put the entry into your DNS tables.
