IMAIL is probably looking up the MX record and for some reason failing
to connect. It then is using the A record for siliconoptix.com which
is the 66.33.28.206. I would try a DNS lookup from your imail server
using the same dns imail is using to see if it in fact is getting the
right mx. If so then I'd try telnet to the mx to see if I could
connect.
I can connect via telnet to both the mx and a MS mail server on the A.
