Unless someone else wants to step up, I will need some more information.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] is on your server, correct?

This is only affecting one user sending e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], or multiple persons on different ISP sending e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]?

I have not seen a bounce here to that address, at least not yet. Maybe someone else can run a telnet session and check that way.

John,

the person sending the email is not on my system. that is the thing... the person on my system is claiming that something is wrong with my system when it is from people sending emails to him.

Hello,

I am new to the list and was wondering if anybody could help me with this. I have a client that every morning has multiple people from multiple ISP’s send mails to him and it states:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      [EMAIL PROTECTED] on 6/12/2002 6:18 AM
            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            <w2kexchpr02.ci.bellevue.wa.us #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I have checked the server and it is running great. There are no errors on the system at all. Any Ideas?
