The administrator load time through webmsg on our box is about 10sec on a PII 350, so it's not inconceivable that it would take 45 secs on a slower machine. From the sound of it however, you are on a much faster server. I believe the actual load time is dependent on how long the list of users is on the initial domain that loads up. So, if you had over 10,000 users, it would have to parse that list to include in the form. With that kind of base, our system would take approx 1 minute to load if this is in fact the variable that most effects load time. This is just a guess.
