Well...
What is the root cause of the problem?  IMail? server HW? List volume?

If shame doesn't work maybe piling on will.  The turnaround problem is
especially bad if the person with the answer to your problem has to wait
3 hours to see your message and then you have to wait 3 more hours to
see their reply with the fix.
