With the advent of faster hardware it was possible for more than one message
to get the same spool file name. This has been fixed in V7. I would suggest
you upgrade and this problem should go away. Although another way I have
seen this happen is when you are running VERY low on disk space on the
partition where your IMail\Spool directory resides. More likely the first
scenario
