I have an agent who can not send to a client and here goes the back
ground.

Everything is working fine for the agent and client other then when the
agent sends her email.
I verified email address and had client send me email and both worked
fine...so I sent email and it bounced?
Than client then informs me she has a DSL line for receiving but when
she sends she must dial out to WorldNet. And if she is dialed out she
can not receive our email but she can receive all other email. I stated
to keep her email address she kept her dialup with WorldNet...so I can
figure out WN will not let her send from an outside IP but why the
bounces? Any ideas? I would like to figure this one out for her is a
VERY large Corp account!

I just read the headers again and Why does it appear my system rejected
her as a user? Or am I reading this wrong?
