It looks like the real sender is 80.1.126.169, which is listed in a number
of spam databases. Is 216.194.224.79 a backup MX record of yours, or a
gateway of yours? If you, you can use "IPBYPASS 216.194.224.79" in Declude
JunkMail to get directly at the 80.1.126.169 IP.
