I am looking at implementing a backup mail server. My intentions are for this server to queue mail in case the primary server is down or unavailable and deliver mail once the server is restored.
I have a couple of questions - does anyone implement a backup server in this fashion. If you do what software do you use? Imail? How does the licensing work on this seeing that no user accounts will exist. I have my old post.office software I am migrating from and I could use that with no problems. Looking for suggestions.
