DUNS ERRORS 611 & 612 611 - The route is not available. Windows NT & 2000: This MS KB Article (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q123/2/98.asp) indicates the error (as well as error 611) may have several different causes, including the NETBIOS interface not being installed, or NETBIOS binding disabled.
