I don't think that's it, because I did this last night and it still 
hasn't been delivered.

Even if that was it, I could understand the mailbox full, but I'd 
think reminders would go out immediately, since there's a 5 minutes 
before option. :) Not much sense in being reminded 5 minutes before 
if the mail isn't sent until 25 minutes after.
