I found the fix for my attachment button problem, turns out that after a fresh install of Imail 7.1, upgrade to 7.11 that there was no "Browser" key in my NT2000 registery, I added that and a few DWORDs to the key and the attachment button shows up. I'm pondering why the key was never installed upon installation of Imail 7.x. Oh well it works.
