I found the fix for my attachment button problem, turns out that after a
fresh install of Imail 7.1, upgrade to 7.11 that there was no "Browser" key
in my NT2000 registery, I added that and a few DWORDs to the key and the
attachment button shows up.  I'm pondering why the key was never installed
upon installation of Imail 7.x. Oh well it works.

Thanks to any of you who made comments on this problem before.
