Yes.

"SMTPD" is the "SMTP Daemon" that listens on port 25 for incoming SMTP 
connections.  It receives the E-mail and saves it to the spool.

"SMTP-" is the SMTP (SMTP32.exe) delivery process, that takes care of 
sending out the E-mail to a remote SMTP server or delivering it locally.
