nope, i never agreed to the contract, my son, who is under 18 years of age, is the one that opened the package and clicked all of the i agree stuff, i never even read it, a person under 18 is not able to enter a BINDING contract, therefore NO contract exists, and no terms were agreed to. hehe, i just had to do that one. been on this discussion of software contracts before.
