Title: Save Targeted Mail in Mailbox???

Is it possible to save all mail from a list of users to a specific mailbox?  Something that would work like Outlook's "Sent Items" folder, but it would go to a mail account that anyone with access to the box (IMAP, POP3, webmail) could see.
