Thanks....I think I'll hold off on testing that one for a while, though, it's a bit more complicated than I need to get at this time. By the way, I did test changing the IP in the hosts file on the fly this morning, and it worked as expected; apparently Imail does do the lookup on the domain each time it tries to send the spooled mail, as you said.
