I have too many problems with clients complaining about their web-pages expiring.
In KB I see only this: "Answer/Solution: Web Messaging will drop the connection after twelve minutes of inactivity. This is not configurable. To have a full-time connection, use any e-mail client (Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, etc.)." I have two questions: - this 12 minutes timeout are really of "inactivity"? - (the most important one): this setting is really "nor configurable"? I have a very strong believe that anything is configurable, but unfortunately I don't have a clue about how to configure this one.
