Declude Virus processes the E-mail first, so the global rules wouldn't get
a chance to see the E-mail.
I wouldn't worry much about it though -- unless the viruses constitute a
large percentage of your E-mail, it shouldn't be a problem for
performance. For example, if you have 10,000 E-mails per day, and get 500
viruses, that's only about a 5% increase in mail volume being scanned. The
resources used for an E-mail that has a virus aren't much greater than for
E-mails without a virus (the main difference being the notifications that
are sent out when a virus is detected).
