After seeing many messages like this one and like the one earlier last week regarding disk space notification, I thought it would be a good time to give everyone a crack at serverwatch. Serverwatch is a prog I wrote for internal server management. It can be scripted to monitor performance data and respond based on predefined actions. This prog has saved me from numerous remote reboots and strolls to the server room. I hope this will be of as much use to you guys. Since this was never intented for public release, the ini file method is not as elegant as it could be (understatement of the year), but I have had it deployed for over 2 years with no problems (earlier versions for years before that).
You can download it here: http://www.synsoft.net/Downloads_Misc.cfm?app=serverwatch Again, I hope you guys find this a useful as I have.
