That's a test that looks for spam-like headers that don't occur with legitimate mail clients (although all too often occur with poorly designed "We wrote it ourselves in a scripting language" web mailers). >I've got some local users that everytime they send email, it gets >categorized with SPAMHEADERS...They use MS Entourage if that helps. There's a "BADHEADERS Lookup" tool at http://www.declude.com/tools that (despite the name) will let you know what caused the SPAMHEADERS test to fail, if you enter the code that Declude JunkMail creates (it's found in the X-RBL-Warning: header, or the Declude JunkMail log file; it's an 8-character code such as "80000202"). Or, if you E-mail me the full headers (including the Received: headers) of one of the E-mails that got caught, I can let you know what the problem is. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
