No. Next question? :) What I'd do in your situation is, assuming you're running Windows 2000 so that the change takes effect live, add the IP of mail.scanner.com as an additional address on mail.exchange.com and remove the IP when you bring the virus scanner back on line. There is also a cooler way to do it so it happens automatically, but here is not the place for such discussion.
