thanks for the duh Len LOL! anyway, I did find mention of the files in the
manual, but when I ran the isplcln.exe it seems to have no effect on the
Spool/Web directory, as the files are still there.it worked for the spool
directory itself.  I guess I can just remove them manually, I was just
hoping there was something easier than that, similar to the isplcln.exe. and
yes, it's not my idea to backup the spool directory, it's just part of the
full system backup.
