I think MAYBE my hosting company just changed DNS servers MAYBE the
refreshes are VERY low???

What do you get returned via NSLOOKUP from the IMail machine, using
IMail's nameservers (if different from Windows')? You are correct that
the domain looks okay from Computerized Horizons, but that doesn't
mean it looks okay from 64.63.95.172.
