The first time I tried to unsubscribe I had a problem as well. I came to
find out that I didn't follow all the directions. It's a two part process.
Click on the link below or go to IPswitch's site. Submit the request as
you did before. That's the first part. The second part, IPswitch will
send you a confirmation e-mail that you must reply to in order to be
removed. This is the part that I missed. Hope this helps.
