>[2] IMail, with the "Spammer's Friend" (Microsoft's ISA Server):
That sure appears to be the case. I was too quick on my previous post. W/out the ISA server's internal IP on the list of allowed relays, IMail won't recieve mail, only send it. >Your only option without fixing the firewall is to use "No Mail Relay", >which will fix the problem, as spammers will have to have a valid account >and password to send mail. Heck, same result when I changed to No Relay Allowed: I can send but no longer recieve. I think it's time for a tech support call to MS to see if there's anything to be done here other than replacing the ISA w/a Red Hat or other box.... I didn't mean to revisit this issue, since I thought I had it beat...apologies to the old-timers. ;) Vctor Disclaimer_BNCEXTMAIL_Out To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
