That sure appears to be the case.  I was too quick on my previous post.
W/out the ISA server's internal IP on the list of allowed relays, IMail
won't recieve mail, only send it.

Heck, same result when I changed to No Relay Allowed:  I can send but no
longer recieve.  I think it's time for a tech support call to MS to see if
there's anything to be done here other than replacing the ISA w/a Red Hat or
other box....  

I didn't mean to revisit this issue, since I thought I had it
beat...apologies to the old-timers. ;)
