I know it can be done, since I just made a huge DNS consulting report to DoD saying they need it, and their Exchange people didn't object or say it wasn't doable, but exactly how, that's their problem. I think, very tentatively, that it's per-SMTP-user (per-user alias), rather than per-domain.
