Be careful when you do this...

We had this done by one of our users for a ASP file.  Declude caught it
as a BASE64 email.  Since we are giving that test a weight of 14- if a
single other test fails it will mark it as SPAM.

So chances are if you do that the BASE64 test will pass.

You tell them that the risks outweigh the benefits so they cant do that.

An alternate they can try is to rename the extension to something else
and have the recipient rename it back.
