Fellow Imail users and knowledgeable support persons,

Does anyone know if there is a reason that Imail would be rejecting a
"read response" from an Outlook 2000 or 2002 client? The server settings
are set to refuse null senders... That is one thought. Would that have
caused this error to occur?

  The error message is:
"The message could not be sent because it rejected you as the sender.
Server Response: '501 bogus mail from'. (Account: 'AccountName', SMTP
Server: 'smtpServer.domain', Error Number: 0x800ccc78)."

These messages will not send out of the outbox. The current, unfriendly
solution is to manually delete them from the outbox (or indicate for them to
choose not to send a response in the first place). I cannot recreate this
error at my personal machine either in Outlook or Outlook Express, however,
I can on the users' machines who have stated this problem.

Has anyone else had to deal with this sort of error? I do know that it
only effects SOME people, and when it happens it is all or nothing. It
either happens all the time or never, even within the same program version.
