I would recommend upgrading IMail first.  There isn't much of a difference, 
but some IMail upgrades will overwrite the registry entry that Declude uses 
(which would require re-running the \IMail\Declude.exe program once, then 
stopping/restarting the IMail SMTP service.  By installing Declude after 
upgrading IMail, you don't have to worry about that.
