This indicates that they aren't allowing you to send mail to 
[EMAIL PROTECTED]  Given that they include your IP in the "prohibition" 
message, it sounds like they've banned you.

So yes, it is their problem (they are blocking the mail from being 
delivered, and only they can fix it).  However, although it is their 
problem, it ends up being your problem too (since they have blocked you).

You should explain to them that they are blocking the E-mail, and show them 
the two log file lines above.  If they are blocking the mail because of an 
issue on your end, they need to tell you what it is.
