No, it will not catch all E-mails with attachments.  I've actually got a 
copy of the new Bugbear virus in front of me, and it doesn't contain 
"multipart/mixed" in it.

For example, that won't catch "just attachments" (E-mails that have no text 
or HTML segment, that just consist of a single MIME segment that is the 
attachment).

MIME is pretty complex -- you may want to check out RFC1521 to see how it 
works.
