This article will not help you to get a results of users based on
parameters( In our table like free users or paid users.)

If we can format the table column LASTLOGIN value, it will be simpler to get
reports what ever we want.

This isn't actually the answer of the format, but you can export the results
into sql statements and then erase teh old logins:
