I know you guys are gonna say look at the archive on this and I have however, I can't get a fix on this issue when I recieve an email with an excel document attached and save to the desktop then open it I get an error unreconized format. The following shows up after it opens This happens even if the document is sent from the inside or the outside from the webmail or from an email client. This clipping is before the Scrambled characters start. Thanks
