Hello, I am having a problem with sent mail not being saved to the sent mail folder when the option to do so is selected in the users preferences. I already checked the KB and found this document: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990628-DM01.htm
It states that the MailBoxSplitChar registry entry should be set to "-" if the entry exists. On my server the entry does not exist. Do I need to add this entry? The problem only seems to occur on random accounts. Any ideas?
