Yeah... I can do it with MailSite too :)

Actually there seems to be a nice product out there called XWall that will do it. It 
is primarily for Exchange, but that's my specialty.

FYI, FYodorov: you can do this per-domain (one rule) with IMGate, rather 
than IMail's per-user.

DomainWasHere.com  smtp:[ip.ad.re.ss]

... where ip.ad.re.ss is IP of the new mail server wherever.
