You would write a custom SendName delivery process, as documented in the IMail KnowledgeBase. Be aware that it is not easy to write such an application to IMail's specifications and with suitable performance. Scott Perry's Declude line is implemented as a SendName handler, and Scott has spent years perfecting the interoperability with Imail, and that's not even including the extremely robust functionality of the Declude products themselves.
