Technically, Declude Virus is blocking it because it contains a
vulnerability. Declude Virus doesn't think there is a virus in there (or
else it would have given you the virus name), but it knows that there is a
vulnerability in it.

The "Blank Folding" vulnerability occurs when the E-mail has a line with
just a single space or tab in the headers (either the standard E-mail
headers, or the MIME headers). There is no valid reason to have this line
in the headers, and it is dangerous, as it can cause viruses to be
delivered unscanned to Outlook users. Note that a line with a single space
or tab in the E-mail body is fine; the problem is only if the line with the
single space or tab appears in the headers.
