Yep, Atleast onmy end here, I have seen this.
Mine was caused by having a " Linksys" card.
If you are using a Linksys ethernet card, then you will need to change 
it out.
If you are not using a Linksys, Card. Then do a search in the Knowledge 
base,
for your card and see what comes up
