Thanks for all the input guys (especially over the weekend).  You've helped shed a 
little light on an area I've haven't been able to learn much about.  We're going to 
install the new machine in the morning and migrate Imail over to it.

So...It looks like I'm going to set the block size on the array to 64k and Read-Ahead 
Caching with Write-Behind disabled on this channel.  I've got 64M of cache on the 
controller so this should help performance.

I'll also set the file system cluster size to 64K.  I've never done this before.  Is 
it an option when formating a new volume in the W2K Disk Management Console?
