Two rules that ought to go in the forum rules (and ought to go to all rules everywhere):
[1] Please, any time you use "Original Message", make sure that you do not alter the original message. Original means "original", not "not original". I often ignore such E-mails, assuming that the sender hit the SEND button before they responded.
[2] Although I personally prefer the ">" quoting style, and it would be nice if all quoting was consistent, others prefer other styles. However, you should *never* mix someone else's message with yours (such as below, where the first line starts as "That's not..." instead of ">That's not..." or "Original Message:[linefeed]That's not.."). If there's no way to distinguish what you are writing from what the original person wrote, it becomes very hard to read, and many people will just ignore the E-mail (often not knowing that you wrote anything of your own in it, or thinking it is a duplicate message).

That's not an Ipswitch issue -- contact [EMAIL PROTECTED], their
mailserver is broken. Rather than sending the bounce message to the return
address ("MAIL FROM" in the SMTP envelope), it looks like csgo.com tried to
write their own program to handle bounces, and goofed (sending to the
"From:" header in the E-mail, which is a major mistake).

I'm using DNEWS to forward messages from my NNTP server to a list I host on
Imail 7.13. The messages are rejected by Imail as "unauthorized poster"
despite the fact that the address the message is from is subscribed to the
list. Posting is only allowed by subscribers on this list. Here's the logs
and the rejection header I get back. News server is: news.asciiforum.com

Any suggestions as to WHY Imail is rejecting this message. I have tried
adding the name to the posters list as well, but no good.
Thanks,
Joe
