Have you applied the sp3 yet for the w2k?  Also check out:
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990527-DM10.htm which points to issues
that may/may not be affecting your particular system. (I believe it's still
relevant to 7.13x - but not as much as stated)
