The directory is actually \IMail\spool\overflow. It will get created once the 'overflow' situation occurs (when there is more E-mail being received than IMail can deliver).One other thing... the docs at declude.com/dq.htm mention that overflow mail would be shoved into the imail\declude\overflow directory... no such directory was created on our system.
