That's because they probably change there name every time they send you spam. These name would get caught using the Declude kill file since it can handle ".c0olmail.com" and "@c0olmail.com" to catch both scenarios. If you are not using Declude already, you should seriously look into it or at least some sort of SPAM prevention such as IMGATE. I'm not familiar with IMGATE, however, I hear it works well on a Unix box.
