It is a typo on the Patches and Upgrades page that is a fault for the
confusion.

3. If you are already running version 7.13 please download and install
the free hotfix 1 for IMail Server 7.12:
 
This should say 7.13 not 7.12.

I'll make sure we get this fixed.
