My users are unable to send read receipts. They can send and receive mail just fine. When outlook tries to send a read receipt, the user receives error 501 "bogus mail from". I have attached an image of this error.That's because of IMail's unfortunate non-RFC-compliant "Refuse NULL <> Senders" option, that to an untrained eye sounds like an option that should be checked ("Jeepers, I can't believe that IMail leaves that unchecked by default!", thinks the naive administrator). You must UNcheck the "Refuse NULL <> Senders" option.
